Return Policy for Falken Supply

At Falken Supply, your customer experience is our top priority. That's why we offer a simple return process under the following conditions:

Return Period:

The right of withdrawal begins the day you collect your package and expires 14 days later. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at our return email (falkensupply.help@gmail.com) within 14 days of picking up your package.

A fixed return fee of SEK 109 per product will be charged, covering the shipping cost. If we receive your return notification after the first 7 days of the 14-day withdrawal period, an additional fee of SEK 50 will be applied for sorting and handling. This is in addition to the standard return fee.

Condition of Return:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you—that is, unused by you as the customer. All returned items are inspected to ensure they meet these requirements.

Original Accessories:

Returns must include all original accessories that came with the purchase. For example, if a pair of shoes was delivered with the original box and extra laces, these must be included in the return, and they must not be in worse condition than when delivered.

Hang Tag:

Please ensure the product's hang tag is still attached before returning. This helps us verify that the item has not been used.

Following these guidelines ensures a smooth return process and helps us handle your case faster. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as simple and positive as possible.

Used Products:

For used items sold by Falken Supply, complaints or claims are not accepted. We take no responsibility for any defects or issues with these products. All used products are sold "as is," which means it is the buyer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect and accept the item before purchase. By completing the purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept that the product may show signs of wear or prior use.

Falken Supply is not responsible for the quality or potential defects of the products we sell, as we only act as a reseller and do not manufacture the items ourselves. For any questions regarding quality, warranty, or claims, customers should contact the original manufacturer or supplier directly.

Shipping Responsibility:

When placing an order, it is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Falken Supply cannot be held liable for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any costs incurred in redirecting or reshipping the package.

Return Handling:

When returning products, the customer must follow the instructions and conditions provided by Falken Supply. If a return is handled carelessly and results in damage to the items or loss of the shipment, the customer is fully responsible for any such damage or loss. Falken Supply reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange in such cases.
