Shipping policy

At Falken Supply, we are dedicated to delivering our products to you quickly and securely. Our goal is to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. For example, if you place an order on a Monday, we will ship it no later than Tuesday. Orders placed during the weekend are shipped the next business day—so an order placed on a Saturday will be shipped on Monday. After that, your package should arrive within 2–5 days, provided there are no delays.

Once your package has been handed over to our shipping partners they are responsible for the continued delivery. You will receive a tracking link from us, allowing you to follow your package all the way to your doorstep. For questions or updates regarding tracking, you can contact the carrier directly.

We insure all shipments and take full responsibility if your package gets lost during delivery. We ensure that you receive what you’ve ordered and are here to assist you if anything goes wrong during transit.

If a delay occurs, we will notify you immediately and provide an estimated new delivery time. To maintain a secure shopping experience, we reserve the right to cancel an order if we suspect fraud or other irregularities.
