Every product in our collection undergoes a thorough authenticity check to ensure the highest quality and provide you with a secure shopping experience.

Payment and Right of Withdrawal

We offer flexible payment options through services like Apple Pay, Visa/Mastercard, and several other reliable solutions.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. To return a product, please contact us and follow the return instructions we provide (see our refund policy). Once the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the payment method used for the purchase, usually within 14 days after the return has been processed.

Please note that the item must be returned in the same condition as when received, including any accessories. Our staff carefully inspects all returned items before processing a refund.

Customer Information and Purchase Terms

For unclaimed packages within the EU, a fee of SEK 200 will be charged to cover return shipping, handling, and sorting costs.

For orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties and import charges. If a package is not collected and is returned to Sweden, the customer will be charged for the customs fees, which will be deducted from the refund.
